Julius Hartung has studied music since a very young age, already being a mature musician. After a year at the Holstebro Orkesterefterskole, he now studies at the music school Sankt Annæ Gymnasium, with the main subjects organ, harpsichord and clavichord, with teachers Leif Meyer and Mads Damlund.

Julius has participated in the Talent Academy for Copenhagen Baroque Festival 2024, and reached the final in the competition ”Unge spiller klassisk”in Aarhus Musikhus.

Besides, Julius is also keen on studying composition and musical theory.

Julius has had a clavichord built for him by Dick Verwulf, and performed in 2024 at the Copenhagen International Clavichord Festival.
